A unique residential complex in Stoupa, Messinia, 45 km from Kalamata and located after Kardamili. It is a well-known tourist destination because of the beaches of Kalogria and Stoupa.

The beaches of the area, Kalogria, Avloi, Stoupa, Chalikoura, etc. suitable for tourism, on the rocks of Kalogria water gushes from a source that originates in Taygetos, where one can bathe. Kalogria beach is a sandy and relatively windless beach. Stoupa offers unique summer sunsets as its orientation is west. With a remarkable tourist infrastructure, it is today the most developed tourist village, not only of the municipality of Lefktro, but also of the entire prefecture of Messinia.

The complex is developed on a plot of 1,417 sq.m. and includes 1 main building where there are 22 rooms of 30 sq.m. with kitchen, bathroom, space living room. Specifically, 6 rooms are located on the 1st level which is essentially a raised ground floor, 10 rooms on the 1st floor and 1 double room in the roof garden. In addition, there are also 4 rooms located in a semi-basement.

In addition there are 2 buildings that include 8 separate residences (maisonettes) 50 sq.m. configured in 2
levels each with an independent entrance. On the upper level is the bedroom and going down an internal wooden staircase is the living room with kitchen, 1 bathroom and balcony.
